Happy Brain Worry Brain


My happy brain's 5 things are soccer, tv shows/movies, food, friends and relaxation. My worry brain has deadlines, lots of homework, breaking things and public performing/speaking.

Ways I could overcome problems in my worry brain are:

-stop procrastinating and get thigns done early.

-don't overthink things

-leave notes and have a planner/ diary to prevent worry over not knowing about something.

-maybe allocate relaxing time and work time

-take deep breaths and take a small break when feeling overwhelmed.
